Terms of Service

1. The service

Palu Fuel FuelPass lets you buy prepaid FuelPasses online for redemption at Palu Fuel service stations in Tonga. Palu Fuel is a division of Palu Aviation. FuelPasses are paid for in New Zealand dollars; the FuelPass value is held in Tongan paʻanga (TOP).

2. FuelPass rules

• Each FuelPass is single-use: it is redeemed once, in one fill, for its full value. No partial redemptions in this release.
• FuelPasses are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless extended by us.
• FuelPasses cannot be exchanged for cash, and hold no value outside Palu Fuel stations.
• The 8-digit code (or QR code) is proof of ownership. Treat it like cash — anyone with the code can use the FuelPass.
• FuelPasses are delivered to the purchaser by SMS and email, and are intended to be shared with the person who will fuel up.

3. Prices and fees

The exchange rate is shown at checkout and locked when you pay. A service fee covering card processing, SMS and email delivery and platform security is added on top of the FuelPass value. The full TOP value of the FuelPass is always honoured at the pump.

4. Refunds

Unused FuelPasses can be refunded to the original card. Refund requests must be made before expiry, via the Contact page, quoting your order number. Redeemed FuelPasses cannot be refunded.

5. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the FuelPass you paid for. We are not liable for fuel availability, station operations, or losses arising from sharing your FuelPass code with others.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga. The site is operated by Moana Digital Solutions on behalf of Palu Aviation.
